Everything you need. Nothing that nags.

Interval helps you remember, then gets out of the way. No streaks to protect, no scores, no guilt.

Repeats that make sense

Every few days counted from when you last did it, or fixed days and times. Add an end, like "for 2 weeks" or "until Friday".

Gentle reminders

A nudge before it's due, at a time you pick, or one that stays until you're done. Plus a short evening check-in at 8 PM.

Goals, step by step

Group tasks into goals with sections. Turn your phone sideways for a board you can drag things around on. Finish one and share the moment.

Calm someday lists

Movies, books, places, shopping. No deadlines, no counts. When you're ready, any item becomes a task.

Overdue, without the alarm

Missed something? You get a friendly "Still on?" and a quick way to move it or skip it. A calendar and history show what you did.

Notes and files

Leave comments on a task and attach photos, PDFs or any file. Everything stays together.

Right on your home screen

A widget with your tasks that you can tick off, and a one-tap Quick add.

Your colours

Interval takes its colours from your wallpaper, with light and dark mode. Tags, filters and sorting keep things tidy.

Little celebrations

A tiny burst of confetti when you finish something. Prefer it quiet? Turn it off.

Pick who reminds you

Same reminder, three voices. Choose the one that actually gets you moving.

Questions, answered

Is Interval free?

Yes. Interval is free and has no ads. A paid Pro plan is planned for extras like sync across devices, but everything you can do today is free.

Do I need an account?

No. Interval works fully without an account. Signing in with Google or email is optional.

Where are my tasks stored?

On your phone, in the app's private storage. Nothing about your tasks is sent to a server, and nobody else can see them.

Does Interval sync between devices?

Not yet. Sync is coming soon. Until then you can move everything to a new phone with Export and Import.

Why was a reminder late?

Android can delay notifications to save battery. Allowing "Alarms and reminders", and letting Interval run without battery optimisation, keeps reminders on time.

How do I back up my tasks?

Go to your Account screen, then Your data, then Export. You get one file with all your tasks, goals, lists, settings and attachments, saved wherever you choose.

Is there a web version?

A web version is on its way at app.interval-app.net.
